Certain situations where refunds are not granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We do not replace/refund free gifts or products.

Bio Glaze reserves the right to limit orders and returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous return policy (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).

 

Late refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks.

Then contact your credit card/ debit card company or bank account whichever may be the payment method utilised at the time of purchase, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Charges

Refunds will not include shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products. 

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.
